II. Training
We provide customers free training in our factory.The accommodation charge should be borne by customers.
III. Extend Service
If you have any problem,we will response in 48hours by email,tel or fax.
We provide spare parts for ten years.
IV. Return Policy
Any material to be serviced or returned to Anjue,the following procedures should be followed:
Step i: Obtain return authorization: Contact the International Service Department and obtain a (RRF) Return Required Form.
Step ii: Fill in the RRF with the information like the model number,serial number,and a brief description of the reason for return etc.
Step iii: Get (RAN) Return Authorization Number.The RAN number must appear on the outside of shipping packing. Return shipments will not be accepted if the RAN number is not clearly visible.
V. Freight policy:
1. Within Warranty:The customer should be borne freight & insurance charges when the equipment is shipped to Anjue for service (this includes custom charges). Anjue should be borne the freight & insurance charges from Anjue to the customer.
2. After Warranty:The customer is responsible for any freight & insurance charges for returned product.
